By downloading, accessing, or playing 2048 ("the App"), operated by BenbeLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or website.

1. License & Intellectual Property

BenbeLabs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use 2048 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on your personal mobile devices.

All logos, app assets, user interface designs, custom graphics, source code, and original materials associated with 2048 are the intellectual property of BenbeLabs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

2. In-App Purchases & Monetization

The App offers an optional non-consumable In-App Purchase: Remove Ads (Product ID: com.benbelabs.twozerofoureight.remove_ads).

• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective payment terms.
• Purchases can be restored on any device associated with your Apple ID or Google Play Account using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.
• Refund requests are handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their billing policies.

3. Advertising

The App includes interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob for non-paying users. Advertisements are subject to third-party ad network terms and availability.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the App.
• Using automated tools, bots, or cheats to manipulate game scores or bypass features.
• Redistributing the application package outside official distribution channels.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BenbeLabs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay, though we make every reasonable effort to maintain app quality and security.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BenbeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law & Modifications

BenbeLabs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
