1. Information We Do Not Collect

BenbeLabs does not directly collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or telephone number when you play 2048.

2. Local Storage & Game Data

Your game progress, high scores, current tile layout, and settings (such as sound/vibration preferences and dark mode) are stored locally on your device using local storage or device shared preferences. This data remains strictly on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Advertising & AdMob

Our app uses Google AdMob to display non-intrusive interstitial advertisements between games (after every 4th completed game). AdMob may use device advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or Advertising ID on Android) and cookies to serve ads, measure ad performance, and combat fraud.

4. In-App Purchases

We offer an optional non-consumable In-App Purchase: Remove Ads (Product ID: com.benbelabs.twozerofoureight.remove_ads). Purchasing this feature permanently disables all interstitial advertisements.

All purchase transactions are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. BenbeLabs does not collect or store your payment details or credit card information.

5. Analytics & Diagnostics

We may use privacy-compliant, anonymized diagnostic tools provided by Apple and Google to track app performance, crash reports, and technical diagnostics. These reports contain zero personal user data and are used solely to improve stability and fix bugs.

6. Children's Privacy

2048 is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe any personal data has been inadvertently collected, please contact us immediately so we can promptly take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can reset or limit ad tracking via your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Tracking / Advertising on iOS or Settings > Google > Ads on Android).
• Remove Ads Purchase: You can purchase the "Remove Ads" pass to eliminate ads entirely.
• Clear Data: You can reset your local score and progress at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
